    How to track my order

    You may track your order after payment in your account.
    1.  Log in your Romwe account and click "My Orders" in "MY ACCOUNT".
    2.  In My Orders, you may get an overview of your order history and order status. Click "View Details" for more.
     
    3.  Click "Track" to get the logistic information of the order shipped out.
    You may submit a ticket in your Romwe account if you have any questions regarding your order. Contacting our Customer Service Team through the ticket system ensures the most efficient method of communication. We will then get back to you within 24 hours.
