this dress is ADORABLE. Its fitted on the top and flares at the waist, the cuffs on the sleeves are short and have one button. I wore a waist belt with this dress to break up the color a little bit. the material is heavy but breathable, so it's fine for summer. I wore it in 107F weather with no issues. highly recommend, my measurements are accurate.
