I always order a small on Romwe and this is a bit on the tight side, so I'd say it runs small. I'm 5'2" and I wanted to make sure it wasn't too long, so I chose small. I may order another in medium as well. The material is nice and heavier than I'd expected. I am very happy with this dress. Please like. :)
