im 5'4 and 114 pounds, I ordered a small and it fits perfectly, the only problem I have with it is that it's longer than I expected, but it still looks super cute!! It's not itchy, like you'd expect when you look at it in person, and the inside fabric is really soft. AND it came a whole four days early, this is the first time I ordered from ROMWE so it's definitely a good first impression.

It comes kinda long, but because of the fabric on the sides being sewn kinda scrunched up, I think you might be supposed to wear it scrunchie. One photo long, one photo of me scrunching it with my hands, and one of me wearing it scrunched up.
