I am 5‘4“ and I weigh 125 pounds. I gained 10 pounds over the past year and the size small still looks great on me. The length is perfect and would look so cute with heels still. Just note that the dress itself is pretty sheer and see-through so make sure to wear nude underwear. I think this is perfect for the beach so you can wear a bathing suit underneath.
